Feel free to promote your blog or break down the competition on your blog, twitter, or Facebook. A little trash talk will bless your heart.

Tony, I had a idea come to my feeble little mind today and wrote a post about it at my site. Instead of kibbitzing (sp?) one another with “trash talk” jabs, I like to ask the final four to suspend the games and declare Michael Spencer of Imonk the honorary winner.

Voters of the Final Four and Final Four’s prestigious winners, how about it? What say ye? selahV

Not the first time. Not the last time.

Are we really being given the choice between four blogs known for having Reformed sympathies? While I consider myself Reformed also, I’m disappointed in the lack of diversity people have chosen. I think I’ll not vote this round.

Blake,

I really dont think being Reformed has anything to do with it. Out of all 4 of those sites Reformed theology is barely, if ever, discussed. 2 of the sites focus primarily on SBC issues. And if you examine the 4 blogs they are actually very different from one another. You pointed out one similarity and act as if there is no diversity, even though they never discuss the one similarity you pointed out.

Anyhow- I encourage you to go ahead and vote! But, only if youre going to vote for me!!! lol

I’ll vote for you Matt, if you can pull some strings to get iMonk an honorary win since his health situation makes it impossible for him to self-promote and win.

Blake,

Sadly the $200 is just a gift card for books- if it was just a check for $200 I would of already sent him the check! My prayers are certainly with him and his family.

By the way, I encourage everyone to go to Imonk site- they have been selling some pretty interesting/cool stuff in order to raise money to help pay for all the medical bills- please go help them out.

I’m not asking for him to get any money, but I think it would be a nice gesture for Tony to give iMonk an honorary win alongside the real winner.

HA HA

“reformed sympathies”

What, is being a “reformed southern-baptist” akin to supporting the Jews in Hitler’s Germany?

Anyway, all of these blogs are good. May the best blog win.

Let’s make this more like golf…. I WIN!
