Statement of Faith:
God – I believe in the One True God, creator of all things. Existing as, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Co-equal and eternal.
Holy Scripture – I believe in the verbal, plenary inspiration of the Bible both Old and New Testaments, the inerrancy, infallibility, and authority of The Word of God.
Sin – I believe that man is by nature sinful and helpless to restore himself right before God.
Salvation – I believe that salvation is by grace through faith in the complete and all sufficient work of Jesus Christ’s atoning death, burial, and resurrection.
The Church – I believe the Church as the Body of Christ is made up of regenerated (born again) believers. We are to be serving God actively, purposefully and with conviction.
The future – I believe in the calling out of the Church, the coming trib. period known as the “Times of Jacobs Trouble,” the coming Millennial Kingdom where Jesus will reign, and the future judgment of those dead in sin. (This is just a highlight of my doctrine)

Dear madam/sir,

I am a member of White Oak Baptist Church of Ellisville, MS and I was wondering if anyone can provide information for our church. We are at down fall right now, and are in a little bit of a financial situations. We need help with getting a few things for our church. We all are active members of the community and we try our best to help out. Also, our numbers are down on how many people show up to our church these. I’m not interested in applying as pastor; I believe I’m where God wants me to be. But I will offer a couple of words of advice.

First, you did not mention the name and address, or contact information, of your pastorless church.

Second, if you have not already done so, you might want to send this information to your state paper, The Alabama Baptist. That is a great way to inform prospective pastors of a church seeking a pastor. Check it out to see how they report it.

I pray God soon leads you and your church to the right man.
