One book that changed my life was Henry Blackaby's "Spiritual Leadership." It kind of runs counter to some of the corporate-model stuff that is so prevalent in Christian books. .-= Dave Miller´s last blog ..The Little Things =-.

Ed Young, Jr. and Andy Stanley both have some great books about leadership.

Also, pick up Jack Kemp’s book too.

“Leading with Love” by Alexander Strauch is outstanding. One of the best books I’ve ever read.

Even the most intelligent, most personable, most business-savvy leader is a clanging cymbal without love.
