I was up 3, to be honest. Too many days of not doing.
I am aiming to drop about 10 over the next 5 months. Down 1.5 so far….
But, I do agree with Dwight, traveling is hazardous to the plan!

Bad month. No loss.
Up 4.
The month started slowly, but I managed here at the end to shave off about 1.2% of my body weight since we began. My goal for the next month is arrive at a total of 3.7% loss.
Down to 174 this month. Still shooting for 160 by December 31. On retreat this week and attending Gentlemen of the Road tour this weekend. Expect to be up a couple when I get back. Pray for self control.
Down 7 since this began. However, I had already changed and challenged some habits in the two months prior. Down 13 since I began; at 196 now.
It’s been up and down, but more down than up.
I am down 3, to 301.
I am down from 205 to 195.
I am down 5, but only because I put new siding and windows on my house in the hottest part of summer. Unintentional weight loss is my favorite.
Down 10 from 220 to 210. I was partially motivated by an upcoming health insurance physical but I hope to be down to 175 by the end of the year

Down a statistically meaningless 2 pounds, 273.
Was at 220, now at 222. Regrettably, in the “noise” of measurement though provably higher and out of the 215-220 range I typically fluctuate in. Also had a trip out of town a couple of weeks ago that didn’t help, though self-control is in the realm of “the art of the possible”. Have not succeeded at getting more exercise correctly incorporated, either. Need to have a positive report on that next month.

I forget what my starting number was… the scale read 219 this morning, but my belly is missing half an inch.
