Here are a couple of prayer requests from our IMB teams in Europe for this week. For the full week worth of Europe prayer requests, go to
England: Please pray for the pastor of a church plant in an area of Birmingham, England. As he goes on vacation with his family, he is praying about the future of the church. The church has been meeting for about 2 ½ years, but currently is very stagnant. Pray that the Lord will give him clear direction for the future of the church.
Sweden: Pray for an IMB worker in Swede nwho plays trumpet in a Big Band. The group began meeting weekly for rehearsals in August. This always brings many good gospel conversations. Please pray specifically for one of the Big Band members, G, who is very open to the gospel.
Serbia: Pray that the believers in the Banat region of Serbia will be obedient to all that the Lord commands, that they would remain in Him and walk as He walked.
Spain: Pray for the newly formed team of volunteers for the Hospital El Clínico chaplaincy ministry in Madrid, Spain. Pray for unity of spirit, and for making the Gospel known among the patients and also the medical personnel.
Scotland: Thank you for praying for Mike* and Sherry* in Glasgow, Scotland. These new believers are eager to begin exploring baptism and church membership. Please pray for colleagues as they journey with them through these next steps.
Ukraine: Colleagues in Kyiv, Ukraine ask for prayer for their recent move and transition in July from their two-year-old neighborhood church plant into a completely different neighborhood with a new team of local partners. Ask the Lord to begin a new church of baptized believers to be born with a godly pastor, leaders, and missional DNA.
Wales: Workers in Wales pray for a good bonding time with their national partners as their families attend a week-long conference with other local Christians.
