Pray for an effective Bible study club to happen for the purpose of evangelism and discipleship in Osaka. Ask that the Father be present in this club and that His Name be honored.
Pray for R-san, who worries about being committed to a minority group by being a Christian. Ask that she and many others on the fence can stand firm and open the way for many more to choose Christ in Osaka.
A couple of missionary kids memorize a Bible verse every week. While studying a weekly verse on the way home, their neighbor’s son started trying to read the verse and even asked some questions. One of the girls later gave him a whole Japanese Bible to read! Pray that their Japanese friends would become brothers and sisters in Christ.
Pray for Y-san to find rest as she is going through a divorce, beginning a new full-time job and working an extra day at her old job (6 full days a week as a nurse). She also has 3 children.
