We have been meeting by video conference with the 12 men who will be speaking at our Pastors’ Conference on June 11-12 in Phoenix. Each of these men is a capable, committed, and Christ-centered expositor of the word of God. I have loved hearing them share overviews of their messages. They will be a blessing to you.
Would you consider helping us by praying for these men? Specifically, would you pray for one or more of these men daily between now and the beginning of the conference? I would love to know that a group of people is lifting up our speakers in prayer – that they might accurately and powerfully deliver the message of Philippians to us in Phoenix.
If you are willing to pray, would you indicate that in the comments. “I will pray regularly for ______ until the Pastors’ Conference.” Maybe there are some prayer warriors who would undertake praying for all 12 of them. I wouldn’t mind a prayer now and again. Paul and Toby, Todd and Brent, and the rest of “Dave’s Mighty Men” might appreciate a prayer when God lays it on your heart.
But the most important thing is that the word of God be made clear and the Name “Above Every Name” be lifted up. Would you pray for these men as they do that?
