Good morning everyone. I hope everyone had a great day at church yesterday. I have a couple of prayer requests from Europe this morning. If you’d like to spend some more time in prayer for our IMB missionaries, click over to Prayers for IMB
Poland–Pray for students from California Baptist University working on a university campus in Warsaw, Poland. The students will be hosting a daily coffee shop to meet students and share their faith. There are several special events planned on campus each evening. Pray that students from the university will be open to hear the gospel, attend the special events, and that students will get involved in the on-going Bible study on campus.
Latvia–please pray for our church’s rebirth, primarily through Gospel preaching and our new MC (missional community) endeavor. A plan is in the works to reboot the MCs through a new MC which will be co-led between T [and myself] and it will meet in our apartment. We think that multiplication of MCs and disciples could happen with a new start and new direction.
Spain–Pray for the training that an IMB representative (in Madrid) is doing in Gospel Coaching on May 21-23. There will be a focus on coaching and shepherding national church planters and leaders and their families, in Madrid, and even other parts ofSpain, for life transformation and disciple and church multiplication.
Germany–June 9 a student team from California Baptist University will be working with colleagues in Germany in the Bonn/Bornheim/Bruhl areas. They will be going to public schools, and to local parks. Pray for the students as they cross relational barriers and introduce people to Jesus Christ.
That California Baptist University sure seems is sending out a bunch of mission teams. Good for them. Please remember to pray for our own Dave Miller as he continues his work in Senegal. Again, I challenge you to spend some extra time in prayer on this Monday morning by clicking on Prayers for IMB
