While I have not seen C. B., the Sooners football team are all saying, “We would have done better than Alabama.”
I did not have a dog in this fight, but I surely expected a more competitive game. Congratulations to Clemson for a big win. Dabo Swinney gave a wonderful testimony for the Lord in his post-game comments. He does many things to bless his players spiritually.
My chief joy is that we don’t have to listen to protestations of SEC superiority for at least a year. Oh, the delusional fans will still claim it…we just don’t have to listen.

Partially.
Alabama sure doesn’t look like the 2nd best team in the nation. If a team improves the final part of the season they should rise in the rankings (that is if the teams above them get worse or lose or get blown out.)
So does this mean that the SEC dominance in football is over; or is this an aberration? How about some 2019 predictions for the final four from the non-SEC bloggers!
The Christian culture Dabo has established at Clemson is really unmatched in Power 5 football. He’s SBC as well. The openness in regards to Christ and faith are inspiring. They’ve even had players baptized after practice, including Nuk Hopkins of the Texans

CB is in mourning, I am sure.

Us Clemson fans are giddy
I really like your coach and quarterback! I am tempted to wear orange today.

Thanks, Jeff. I would love to hear Dabo and some team member’s testimonies!
By the way, it is NOT called “SEC-hating” – it is called spiritual discernment.
What thinkest thou about the ACC?
ONE really good team.
Yawning from #wherevertheheck CA.
After a year of watching low-quality Pac-12 football I can understand your boredom.
